1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Venkor Quotes ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use the Service for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• modify or copy the materials;
• use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);

All quotes and estimates provided through the Service are subject to:

• site inspection and verification of project requirements;
• material availability and current market pricing;
• permits and approvals from local authorities;
• terms and conditions specified in the individual quote document.

Quotes are valid for the period specified in the quote document. Prices may be subject to change based on project scope modifications, material price fluctuations, and availability.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as specified in each individual quote. Generally, payment schedules may include:

• Deposit upon acceptance of quote;
• Progress payments during construction;
• Final payment upon completion and inspection.

All prices are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise specified. Payment methods accepted include cash, certified cheque, e-transfer, wire transfer, and financing options as available.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Venkor Group Inc. or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the Service, even if Venkor Group Inc. or a Venkor Group Inc. authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

7. Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on the Service could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Venkor Group Inc. does not warrant that any of the materials on its Service are accurate, complete, or current. Venkor Group Inc. may make changes to the materials contained on its Service at any time without notice.
